Around 30 people are employed here including cooks, gardeners, governesses, chambermaids, waiters and pirogue skippers, all from the local village. Extensively trained in the hotel business, they enjoy their work, which they go about with a warm smile and plenty of enthusiasm, devoting a great deal of time and energy to your stay to make sure that you never forget your visit to Madagascar.
